Seasonal Jersey greens — usually watercress, pea shoots and Anneville Farm lettuce — dressed with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, toasted seeds, cracked black pepper and shaved Grana Padano. Simple, fresh and balanced alongside pizza, pasta or on its own.
